Martin had many years' experience advising both employers and employees about employment law, and he firmly believed that prevention rather than cure is the key to dealing with employment law and workplace disputes. After representing clients in hundreds of Employment Tribunal cases he could see that many employers lost because of failure to use procedures and the absence of claims avoidance strategies. He saw the need for an affordable service to assist employers to put into place the documents, policies and procedures required for legal compliance and to avoid costly Tribunal claims. Thousands of employers throughout the UK have used the Lawrite services, firmly establishing Lawrite's reputation for excellent value, quality and service. Building on the success of our original employment law solutions, we developed the business to provide a higher level of pro-active legal and HR support. Lawrite HR’s Legal Advice Line is staffed by practising solicitors so you will get practical advice about problems, not just information. We will not tie our clients into multi-year agreements. Our services are available on an annually renewable fixed fee basis. Although our speciality is providing an affordable service for SME’s, our clients include businesses of all sizes.
