Employment Tribunal indemnity - claims protection

Certain business sectors are excluded from the standard LEI scheme and proposals will be referred to underwriters for approval, subject to an individual quote and additional fees: Amusement arcades, fairs and parks, bingo halls, discos and night clubs, scrap dealers, waste disposal contractors, rag merchants, professional sporting clubs, solicitors, accountants, insurance brokers, financial consultants, care/nursing homes, educational establishments, the construction industry and employment/recruitment agencies.

2. The standard LEI scheme is subject to a 2 years claims-free history. Proposals with a claims history will be referred to underwriters for approval, subject to an individual quote and additional fees.
