Lawrite Employment Law Plus includes a legal expenses insurance policy that covers defence costs of legal proceedings arising from:

• Employment disputes and awards (at an Employment Tribunal);
• Health and safety prosecutions;
• Tax enquiries and disputes;
• Criminal prosecutions;
• Jury service;
• Property disputes;
• Debt recovery.

The employment disputes and awards cover is up to £100,000 per claim, (up to £500,000 per year). Tribunal representation will be arranged if required.
