Lawrite Managed HR - all documents drafted and updated by lawyers, with enhanced legal and HR supportThe Lawrite Managed HR service provides individual document drafting of employment contracts and staff handbooks by an employment lawyer assigned by Lawrite HR, and an enhanced level of employment law and HR support, in addition to everything you get with Employment Law Plus. The employment lawyer will take instructions and review any existing documents and procedures used, before drafting individual employment contracts for all employees and a complete staff handbook, including a health and safety statement. The lawyer will be available to provide legal and HR support for the customer when needed, by telephone or e-mail, and on site if required.
Lawrite subscription and licenceSubscriptions include the customer's licence to use the software templates and documents produced from them, and are therefore priced according to the number of employees working for the customer. Each annual subscription includes a single user licence for use on one computer concurrently. The customer is licensed to use the Lawrite templates during the term of the subscription to produce documents for use in relation to the customer's own employees, directors or contractors only. It must not be used to produce documents for third parties. Purchasing through Lawrite LawshopOnce you have made your payment you will be sent two e-mail messages, one confirming the purchase, and one with the download link and your serial number for the Employment Law Software, and, for those purchasing a subscription to the Employment Law Service, a copy of our advice line notes with all the information you need to start using the legal advice line. A VAT invoice will be sent separately. As with all online purchases where there is a product download, once the purchase has been completed and the package has been downloaded there is no right to cancel the purchase.
