Lawrite Employment Law Plus service
Everything listed above for the Employment Law service, plus a legal expenses insurance policy that covers:
- Defence of legal proceedings arising from employment disputes;
- Employment awards (at an Employment Tribunal);
- Defence of health and safety criminal prosecutions;
- Tax enquiries and disputes;
- Jury service;
- Disputes with landlords;
- Debt recovery.
There is cover of up to £100,000 per claim, with a limit of five claims per year.

Everything included with Employment Law Plus, listed above, and:
- Contracts of employment and staff handbook with policies and procedures drafted by us specifically to your requirements;
- Complete audit of existing documents and practices with revision/redrafting as required;
- Enhanced legal/HR support from your assigned Lawrite advisor by telephone and e-mail;
- On-site HR support can also be available;
- Training for managers can also be available;
- Document updating when required by changes in the law or business development;
- A totally flexible service that can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget so that you pay a fixed annual fee for our services, with additional levels of service available on an agreed rate pay-as-you-go basis if then required.

Protect your business with Lawrite HR services
Licences for the Lawrite Employment Law software and the Lawrite Employment Law and Employment Law Plus services are all sold by annual subscription priced according to the number of people employed.
With the Lawrite Managed HR service we will put together a service proposal and costing based on the number of people employed, the type of business, and the level of support envisaged after we have assessed your specific requirements.
You will pay a fixed fee for an annually renewed service, with additional levels of support available on a pay-as-you-go basis.
